Review: A vehicle was towed to this repair shop and evaluated by the owner. He made a diagnosis and gave a quote of almost $900.00. We paid the money and 5 days later he called and said that after working on the vehicle the problem still wasn't fixed.After we posted a negative review on [redacted] of his business, Brian B[redacted] stated that if we would come and apologize to him that he would refund some of the money. Is that legal???? How can someone MAKE you apologize to them after they clearly failed to perform a job that they were paid to do???? CROOKS thats what they are....Desired Settlement: Refund the money that was paid to them or make the appropriate repairs to get the car running.
