BOW WOW BOUTIQUE

Bow Wow Boutique is a dog groomer in Hermosa Beach, CA I have been here once before and decided to go back expecting the same service. I asked ***, the owner, if he could please trim my dogs hair short but do not shave him I want a light summer cut. When my grandfather picked him up because I have work and was not able to his body was completely shaved. Not only was it shaved but he had severe razor burn and a terribly uneven shave.

I called the next day to voice my complaint and he did not want to give me a refund and refused to believe he hurt my dog. I have evidence of everything pictures and will be taking him to the vet for further proof that he did in fact burn my dog by not clipping his hair correctly.
