Bourbon Street Bar & Grill

We were setting up for a cornhole night. The cook comes and asks if we need help, he was told no. He went over to the table where my laptop was sitting and lifted one side of the table up to move it. My laptop went sliding off the high top table. The laptop screen (or behind the screen) is busted. When you turn on the laptop there is 1/4 of the screen that you came see. The assistant manager had a computer person come and look at the computer and gave an estimate of how much to fix it, about $***. The assistant manager let the owner know and the owner was trying to decide if he wanted to fix it or replace it. This is a $*** computer. This incident happened in Oct 2019, I have gotten the go around since then. Now, the cook is gone, so the owner does not want to fix it. Not to mention the laptop has been at this business for months and they have left it on the counter to have stuff spilled all over it and the charging cord was behind an ice maker. This was the fault of the cook and the business was going to fix it, but now they don't want to because the cook is not longer there. Again, this happened in Oct 2019 and it's now March 2020. They had this long to decide to fix or replace it.
