Review: I ordered from their website a shirt that they were advertising on [redacted] back in January 2015. I never received my order or a confirmation that it had shipped. By the end of February I emailed asking about what was taking so long to get my product as they are only a 2 hr drive away from me. They said they would re-ship it since the shipper put down the wrong zip code. Coincidentally, my father bought the same shirt and got the same email about the zip code being wrong. My father ordered the shirt on the same day and also has not gotten his product. They said I would expect my order by the end of the week and it still did not come in. I asked for a refund on 3/14 via email and they said it would be done. It is now 3/18 and I emailed them in the morning that my refund did not show up on my bank statements. It is literally the end of the business day and no communication. I am afraid they are not going to abide by what they say and not refund me. I just want my money back and nothing will be said.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back as I have lost all patience. I feel that coming to the Revdex.com would probably set them straight and stop them from ripping more people off that just want a simple product.
