I am the business owner. I received the complaint from the customer and I would like to let you know her accusations are false. I feel she had remorse in spending so much on her child's party and wanted her payment returned. The business phone number has not at any point in... time been disconnected and I would be able to provide records from [redacted] showing no interruption in service for the entire 8 years we have been in business. I would also like to note that a different customer rented the exact same unit the following day and left a good review on our website showing they were happy with their bounce house unit. All of our units were inspected by a certified inspector for the state of Wa within a week of her reservation date and all units passed the thorough inspection. I did offer the customer a future free rental in an attempt to make her happy and she filed a complaint through [redacted] in an attempt to get her payment refunded and it was ultimately denied.
