Bounce 4Fun

Bounce4fun was contacted to advise that an existing reservation for the rental of a bounce house on 4/11/2020 needed to be canceled secondary to the pandemic Corona Virus. A refund for the deposit was requested but denied I was advised that a refund would not be issued unless there are weather conditions impeding the delivery for the scheduled date of service. I explained that this a very unique situation and I was displeased that a refund would not be given. I was advised that I would be given credit to use the bounce house for 12 months from the date of reservation. I advised that this celebration was in honor of my granddaughter whose father is serving in the military and lives in another state and is currently on a travel ban. The representative advised that she was unable to issue a refund.
