I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11031472, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Please note that the business ONLY refunded $300, NOT the $600 I requested. They used my words in an email against me. The original quote was $99 NOT $575 as the business states. They tried to bully me into completely withdrawing the complaint from the Revdex.com. Non of their tactics are acceptable. Their shop foreman needed to be more assertive when told to take the transfer case apart and give an estimate of the price to complete THAT work at THAT time on 11/21 1:00 pm.
