As a tenant from this company for 5 years, I am happy to say that they have been great landlords. When I moved in the house had damage and roach infested from dirty and careless previous tenants. They had pest control come out for a year to get control of the infestation and the maintenance crew came and remodeled my bathroom and kitchen. Many times have helped us through some financial hardships as long as we keep the lines of communication open and we're straight forward with her. When she has raised rent in my neighborhood it has gotten rid of the riff-raff and cleaned up the nieghborhood. With the way the economy and housing market is right now, $1100 for a 4 bedroom is great. If all business charge their customers by what the next door nieghbor is doing they will never be successful. Business ussually charge according to what they are offering. Thank you Bosun Properties!

This company recently bought the home I'm renting. It's a 4/3 and not in the best shape but livable. Never once have I seen anyone from this company nor did they come look at the home. I get a letter from them stating that they're the new property owners and my rent will be 1100. Huge increase from the 800 I was paying. No one in this area pays nearly that much because of the crime rate and drug area. They're just trying to make a fast come up off the less fortunate. This is not a gated community or great neighborhood to raise someone rent that much.
