As the customer has stated, she purchased the *** from *** *** ***, who unfortunately has gone out of business We were subcontracted to install and completed the work in May of 2015, and are obligated and would have honored a one year workmanship warranty to *** *** ***
If within that year there were any issues associated with workmanship, *** would dispatch either Boston Solar or another contractor to troubleshoot and fix any issues Our contract was with *** *** *** Our one year workmanship warranty that was offered under contract to *** *** *** lapsed in May The customer called with the service issue well outside of that warranty period we offered to *** *** *** It is true that Boston Solar no longer offers HVAC or ductless mini-split services and therefore we could not perform the service and charge the customer for the service ourselves, but we did refer the customer to another company that specializes in HVAC work If we still offered these services, the customer would have still been outside of the warranty we offered to *** *** ***, and we also would have charged for any service

Please add your rejection comments below. Boston solar installed the unit wrong. This is obvious to a technician with the wiring and angle of the unit. I understand that they had a 1 year commitment through [redacted]. However, they should stand behind their work. It's not like the Maxchine broke down or had wear and tear .They did not do it right from the beginning and should be responsible for fixing it and standing  behind their work.
