Boston Microblade

I communicated with *** (the owner) via text on 1/8 for a Micro blade session with a follow up appointment, we agreed the *** price of $290, she requested a deposit of $50 in preparation for my appointment (on 1/19) which I gave to her over the phone with my debit card details.
On 1/13 I noticed she had taken out $315 without my authority and immediately texted her to ask her why as the agreed price was $290, minus the $50 would bring it to a total of $240 payable upon the day of the procedure. She said she will adjust. On 1/18 I texted her stating my account had still not been 'adjusted', she did not address that at all but confirmed my appointment for 1/19.

On 1/19 *** texted me to reschedule as there was significant snow in her area, I responded immediately asking her when and the time. She did not reply to me.

On 1/20 I decided I no longer needed her services as this was extremely unprofessional of her so I texted her stating I was cancelling the procedure and demanded a full refund of my $365 to be credited back into my account within 3 business days (i.e. 1/23/20) otherwise I will take further action. She replied stating she would refund the full amount. Then added she could give me a choice of appointment on 1/26 and an extra session at no charge for the inconvenience. I immediately declined the offer and asked her to process my refund as stated.

As of today 1/24/2020, $365 has not been returned to my account and I would like my money back immediately. Technically she stole that $315 from my account as I did NOT give her authorization to take this out.

I have every text we sent to each other, along with bank details of the $50 deposit and the $315 that was taken out.
