The table did not show the spots until the first time it was wiped downI did not inspect the table when it was delivered because it was not the table I ordered and I did not believe it would be stayingIt was only when the salesperson told me the one I ordered was no longer available that I realized I would have to keep this tableWhen their repair person came to my house he stated that an overspray at the factory could have happened and that would cause the problem I seeI had my last dining room set for years and there is no blemishes on itI am not a careless personIf I had done this I would have just went through the insuranceI would never blame a company for something I didI bellieve that they sent me a defective piece and they should replace itTheir repair person told me it could have happened in the manufacturing process so I do not understand why they are saying that it could not

We have spoke with the customer on 4/22/The *** store has followed up with *** *** who told them there is only one credit inquiry to her accountThe original joint account is not showing as an inquiryThis was conveyed to the customer
In addition, the store will be refunding to her *** *** account $plus tax as per her request

Complaint about rug was done immediately, I believe one to two days after delivery Originally requested refund or exchange but because we have the warranty they said we had to go through this first and allot a tech to come Tech came june Called Customer Service the first week in July I was TOLD I was getting a refund I was told I would be called back to arrange delivery pickup and refund Options were given to me, I accepted a refundThen it was taken away An exchange was offered to me, I acceptedThat too was taken awayNow the deal is- exchange with 15% restocking feeI do not agree with a deal thay was changed a total of three times. In regards to the service technician It was stated that a vacuum was used; however it was not discussed the type of vacuum or speed No documents regarding the service appointment were drafted or signed on the date of the appointmentNote, on the day of service, service technician agreed that the carpet did not look good. Email correspondence will confirm that we have always been in full contact with service team at all times. In regards to care of rug, I will take a picture and post the tag that states no definitive cleaning methods; other than "professional cleaning recommended" NOT "PROFESSIONAL CLEANING ONLY"Those are two different statements Service technician confirmed that these rugs should be able to be vacuumed with no problem He stated if we continued to be unhappy after the rug settled, to contact costumer service Original complaint was made immediately Originally Mr*** asked for refund or replacement; however because we have the warrenty we were told to go through this departmentTechnician came June 22nd Phone call back to
