My wife and I used Bosox Builders for our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier with the results. They far exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was fantastic. We had everything done custom in beautiful cherry wood which was complemented by tile backsplash with a designs that were done by hand. We had custom cherry wall paneling with many different details. put in around our center island and large wrap around bar stool high counter top with. Excellent job and I can't thank Don and his team enough. The kitchen is beautiful!!!!
We were taken by this contractor. No warranty or good faith effort to correct deficiencies.
This contractor replaced our existing fence (which lasted for over 20 years, with an inferior, low quality fence. Wood was not prepared, and possibility exposed to water damage prior to installing; it was left bare and exposed for a very long time "to dry" and now after a couple of years, what was suppose to be a 20 year fence all all rotted and broken down; popping out nails, bowing and cracking wood, and worse of all ROT. Most if not all of the support beams were NOT installed with concrete which was revealed after IRMA; leaning fences, broken wood from just wind.
We need to be reimbursed for the damage or repairs made. We are reluctant to have the contractor back to the property, because we have no assurance that they will honor their word. They left us with a horrible mess to deal with (their horrible embarrassing workmanship) which has decreased the value of our property.
We are very sorry that this damage happened to your area of fencing. We were contracted by the condo association to install the fencing. The material we used was selected by the condo association. We have responded to several warranty claims that were communicated by the condo association directly. We never received any warranty claim on your particular issues. Typically during a named storm event warranties become null and void due to the extreme conditions during a storm like Irma. The work completed was inspected by the local municipality and installed per instruction from the plans provided by the condo association. Please communicate your issues with the condo association and if the prefer we make corrections we will gladly do so. Thank you Bosox Builders.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Don't blame your poor work on the hurricanes, we had problems only a few months after the project was completed. The Association is expanding hundreds if not more per fence to replace using the correct materials. This contractor nail gunned nails. To try to blame the association on the bad workmanship is not an excuse. It is my opinion that this contractor went on the cheap and took advantage of the association knowledge in installing a correct fence. Also, the attitudes displayed, the delays, the excuses for many things, misunderstanding and the complete lack of regard or pride in their work must also be noted.
We have several more fences (especially the top of almost every fence) that are bowing and popping out and warping badly, inconsistent gaps and half hearted efforts in correcting mistakes that were identified after the project was completed and no return back to fix ongoing issues.
I again greatly do apologize, but all warranty claims need to come from Association directly.
Thanks,
Bosox Builders
