I have had work done by BOS ERA HOMES LLC in the past with no issues. This is why I trusted him again for another job. Unfortunately I paid him in advance a total of $1092.00 for him to refloor my master bath and office. I paid him the first part of September and he still has not done the job hired for. I have over 170+ texts from him asking when he was getting it done and one excuse after another. He is out of area, he has been busy putting fires out on other jobs he has been doing. FINALLY he acknowledged how this WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and offered to do other jobs to make up for his ways. STILL NOTHING! Then he has text he will REFUND my money and still do the jobs at his expense. That didn't happen wither. He told me he would send my a check for $1600.00 to make up for his actions. He has mailed that check THREE different times....one went to the wrong address. Then he now has a cashiers check TWICE now, still NOTHING! Then he promised to drop it by, he has it in his hand. One lie after another. I just want my money back. I have filed a case with the Attorneys Office and am waiting for some response. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! He is not to be trusted!
