It is said that nothing lasts forever but, for me, my home should. Having a DIY mentality and being a frugal consumer, I knew a new roof would be more than what a few friends and adult beverages could accomplish. I spent several weeks researching roofing options and companies available in the industry. I chose Bordner for product quality, system design and attention to details other companies had not even considered. Remembering how often keeping a roof over my head has been taught to me over my lifetime, I wanted to feel secure and comfortable with my decision. Bordner has delivered these wishes. An amazing crew, formidable to say the least, removed and installed my roof with time to spare. Nearly six inches of rain and severe winds have hit my neighborhood within a week of the installation. All is well, at my home. Thank you, Bordner!

Everyone I dealt with at Bordner was very professional, courteous and professional. The two people I dealt with the most were Steve and Sarah. Steve took extra time to explain the materials they would use and the procedure for putting on a new roof. Sarah was very patient and accommodating while working out a schedule to get my new roof put on.

Had some roof repair,around a very small chiminea= $1013.00. Thought that was high, he said how much he will have to remove, then showed me a lot of pictures. One man come out, unannounced. Luckily I was home, he just said he was going on the roof, I don't think he spock much English..He was up there for about three hrs. He did not show me any of the material that he replaced. I asked about some pictures? He said office will get me some, then he left. Did not get any so I called. She said I wood get them in a day or two (still no pics).The repairs where done on Mon 3/4/19, I called in on Tue 3/5/19. I did get ONE call from the sales man.(Larry) I think it was on Tue 3/5/19, It went into VM. I called him right back and it too went into VM. Last time I heard form my sale man! I was looking at my CC bill and saw thet Bordner had charged my card the full $1013.00 on Wed 3/6/19 without my authorization. I thought, me being in Raytown might help, butt I was so wrong there. So I think Bordner has no communication skills. needs to get up to speed with picture verification, not to be so fast on pulling my money out of my CC without knowing that I am 100% satisfied. Maybe they are just too old in this business and have not keeped up with the times, also they can charge any amount and get away with, Most people would not put in so much time in reporting this. I went with a big name thinking I'd get a good job and service. My bad!! I will check around more next time.

Bordner Installation did our roof, skylights, windows, siding and gutters. The quality of work and product installed was excellent. Communication was always prompt and accurate. The roof was replaced with a premium shingle that withstands a 130 mph wind. That won’t happen unless a tornado strikes, but it’s good to have that kind of feature. The skylights had to be custom fitted and Charlie the supervisor personally fabricated the work. The siding installation was amazing. Joseph’s attention to detail was that of a master craftsman. Travis kept in touch and monitored the work closely. Considering that, plus the quality of the material, the siding was a bargain. The siding and replacement windows make a big difference noise and comfort inside the house. Our home is well built and had better than average construction 30 years ago, but the new outside has taken it a couple of steps up. Bordner did a fantastic job with superior material. The communication and trust that developed over the past several weeks makes it seem like they are almost family. I have to give them an A+ in every aspect of the work done.

Roof repair needed after storm- missing shingles. Contacted Bordner because of prior repair service due to similar need. Estimator responded quickly. Concise online follow up. Repair scheduled quite a ways out time wise. Put on cancellation list. Repair performed approx 2 weeks after storm. Courteous, professional staff at all levels. Repair cost right on line with expectations. I recommend to anyone needing roof repair. A + service.

Awesome guy, answered all our questions, explained everything about your company, the preferred materials, and what we can expect when the crews show up.
Pretty much because of him and his attitude we went ahead and signed the contract to have Bordner replace our roof.
