Boral Roofing

I had hired Vision Roofing to re-roof my house. I chose the new tiles made by Boral Roofing Company, which the roofing company ordered. Boral Roofing shipped the tiles to my house which the roofing company installed. After the installation was completed we noticed that the tiles that were shipped were not the ones we had ordered. The roofing company contacted the tile manufacturer (Boral Roofing) regarding this issue and they sent their Territory Manager, Mr. *** to inspect and investigate the claim. After the investigation Mr. agreed that they had made a mistake and to mediate the issue they offered to reimburse us $2500. Should we accept the $2500 then, we would accept the installed tiles as they were with the normal warranty/guarantee and the roofing company didn't have to do anything else like removing the installed tiles and installing the correct tiles. We accepted the offer and the roofing company also witnessed the discussion and agreement. This was in June of 2019. I am still trying to get paid the $2500 that was agreed for the mistake that Boral Roofing made. I have tried contacting Mr. and the Boral Roofing Company to get my payment to no success. I have even asked the Vision Roofing Company to help me with this issue and they have also contacted Mr. and the Boral roofing company. It has been more than five month so far and I have not still been paid.
