I made a purchase of ***$ and they charged my card 3 different times for orignal purchase plus two other ***$ charges. It made my account negative and I got charged over draft fees. When I called to resolve it, they were not apologetic or regretful on behalf of the company. There was also an issue with my billing information. Instead of calling me to resolve it, my package was just sitting on the shelf and I would have never gotten it. They also charged me another $ WHILE I was on the phone trying to get refunded for the previous unauthorized charges.

Billing Adjustment I would like the money refunded to me that they took out and my overdraft fees paid by them.
All authorizations have been reversed from the customers credit card. When placing orders on line, each time the customer hit submit, a new authorization when through. Because the order action of submit was hit multiple times, an authorization was obtained each time. No charges were ever billed for the transactions.
The order has also been canceled previously due to customer request.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I made a purchase over the phone with boot barn. When they were finished getting my information they gave me anumerous order confirmation number *** and told me my total was $***. In checking my account they charged me $*** not once, but twelve times. And then three days later they charged me again for $***. I have no idea what the $*** is for because I only placed one order. As far as the other twelve times they charged me $*** totaling $***. This is ridiculous for them to do something like this. I have called their customer service phone number over 40 times in the past two days and all I get is a busy signal.
Is this company for real? I even emailed customer service and did not receive a response from that either. I want all monies refunded to me, and they can keep their product I was ordering. I want the $*** refunded and I also want the $*** refunded. Who knows what they are trying to do with my credit card, but I don'the know that I trust them with any of my information. This is deliberate and fraudulent on their part.

Refund I want a full and complete refund of all money they charged to my account.
After reviewing the order for our customer it appears as though multiple attempts were made to place the order on the website prior to calling us. Whenever the order was submitted, an authorization is automatically obtained for the potential order. With multiple attempts, multiple authorizations were made. We have reversed all authorizations not related to the order that was made over the phone with us.
There is a total authorization that is obtained when the order is first placed. We do not bill until the order ships. There was a partial shipment on this order that is why there is a charge for ***. The system did send two separate authorizations for tax, however, they were not charged when the order ships. We do apologize for the confusion
I ordered a pair of boots almost 2 months ago. Did not honor request to cancel, still getting shipment updates.
I ordered a pair of boots almost 2 months. The ship date kept getting pushed back because the item was on back order. After 3 different ship dates, I requested to have my order cancelled. I never heard another word from Boot Barn and I am still receiving shipment updates from an order that was suppose to be cancelled over a month ago. I have tried to contact the company many times to get an answer and I have been unsuccessful.
I am looking to have a order cancellation confirmation and to know I am not going to be charged for something I cancelled almost 2 months ago.
