I placed a order through Boostane on April 26, 2020 order number *** for two bottles of the professional boostane for my collector car. I still have NOT received my products that I ordered which costed me over $55.00. I have contacted the company on many occasions now and spoke with Ian L. He told me that they have been having issues with USPS and UPS and that he sent out another package with a tracking number. Which I still haven't received either one. When I contacted Ian again he e-mails me back sending me a screen shot of the tracking information which does not even show my name or anything. I have asked him a few times now for a copy of my actual invoice with tracking number, he has not sent it to me and told me to check my spam folder. There company has never sent me my original copy of my invoice. I am getting extremely upset cause I need this for my car. It does not take almost a month to ship out products. I have no other issues with any other companies. Ian has also tried telling me it is probably do to our address. Today I tried login into there website and was locked out of it. Here is some proof on what Ian has been e-mailing me back.

Sincerely apologize for the delay. We have had some issues with both USPS and UPS in regards to shipments being delayed, untrackable, unscanned, etc. The best thing that we can do is rerelease your order with the same tracking number, and hope that USPS does not hold it up again. There also might be a delay due to the street address being a US HWY. That seems to always throw a wrench in the system.
So sorry for the delay. This has played *** on our logistics department.

It was shipped awhile ago. Unfortunately, with the state of the world in a pandemic, USPS has been difficult to deal with, especially in the northern states in our experience.
I have record of emails being sent : ***@hotmail.com . So I am wondering if they were sent in to your spam folder? Have you checked'

We are very sorry about this. Unfortunately, the USPS has been very unreliable through this global pandemic, and this has not been our only mishap and lost shipment.
Your refund was processed immediately, and you should be receiving a confirmation of said refund.
Again, we would like to apologize for this and understand the frustration of wanting/needing a product and it being help up. Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS or UPS, and can't afford to continue to send packages until one gets through.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
We except this as long as I receive my full refund. I would like this case to remain open until I get it. Once I have received my refund I will let Revdex.com know and close out this case.
