I purchased this a week ago after the trial expired and it still says trial expired and doesn't let me use it. When I click on the account screen it is all white. When I try to do forgot password I get an error.

I emailed their support about this 7 days ago and still haven't heard a response. I DO NOT recommend giving these unscrupulous people your money.

If you have ruddy skin like I do this is not for you. It does not cover any flaws in skin. I guess that is why all the women you see putting it on have great skin to begin with. It cost a lot of money for nothing. I gave it two stars instead of one because it does make my skin feel smooth but does not cover anything. Very upset because it is not worth the money.

I was excited to try this product after all the advertising but the first time I applied, my face started burning and stinging. It turned red immediately so I washed it off. A week later I tried it again just to be sure and the same result. I don't know what they put in these natural/organic sticks, but it is not agreeing with my skin. It had a heavy, greasy feel to me...similar to applying vaseline. Sorry BOOM, not for me. I will ask for a refund.

Review: I ordered a trio package from this company because they advertised on their site that their products are all natural and organic. After using the products, my[redacted] of my face started to flare up. After trying and eliminating several food and topical products, I found that it was these products that caused the rash. I looked on the company's website and while they advertise their products as natural and organic, the products are filled with chemicals and dyes. I emailed the company stating that I was well outside the return policy window and asked them what I should do since the products do not agree with my skin. They instructed my, in writting via email, to return the products which I did and I paid for the return postage. When they got the products, they informed me that they could not refund the cost of the products because I was outside the timeframe for returns, which I already explained to them in an earlier email and they acknowledged. At this point, I've paid for the products and two way shipping as per the company's direction. Therefore, they have my money and the products which have been returned. I've lost my money and send the products back, which means I've paid for nothing.Desired Settlement: [redacted] cannot keep both my money AND the products, which they told me to return. I would like a refund for the cost of the products.
