Our records indicate that an RT employee provided incorrect information regarding an exchange of tickets. RT will address this; as well as the report of customer service. Our records show...

that a return call back (voice mail) was made to the complainant on (2/13/18). We also have records of previous contact with the complainant on requests for ticket conversions for the previous year.
