Review: I ordered the textbook, "[redacted]," by [redacted] on [redacted], under the seller "Book Deals." When I received the book, it was the international version, and a big red sticker on the front said, "This edition is licensed for sale only in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka." It was not said in the listing that it was the international version, so I returned it, and was told that I would get a refund. Now, almost 4 weeks after they have received the book back, and 15-20 emails going back and forth with this company, I have not received my refund. I am being told that the refund has already been deposited, but looking at my bank statements since the book has been returned, I have not gotten it. They seemingly keep on skirting around the issue, and now they have directed me to a completely different company, [redacted], or [redacted] who they now claim is "responsible" for depositing the refund. Also, a phone number was provided for this [redacted] company, but it is completely automated. No information is ever listed for the emails from this Bookmor Corp., so I am unable to call them myself and figure it out.Desired Settlement: All I would like out of this issue is my refund of $134.96. I am a graduate student and working at the same time, so I really, really need this money back. I did not think the process with this company would be so frustrating, but I am finally fed up with going back and forth with them.Thank you so much!
