Review: I purchased a ticket online (or at least I thought I did) using this company's services on 11/1/14 for $795.68. I received a confirmation number the following day. At this point all was well.

On 11/4/14 I received an e-mail saying that I will be charged $885.68 as "fare has been expired by the airline". This is 3 days after I thought I purchased my ticket. No one notified me that my ticket wasn't purchased and was only pending. I was lucky enough to have checked my e-mail this morning or the price most likely would have increased more. I purchased this flight for a family member who had obligations overseas and needed to be there at the designated times. I was forced to pay the $885.68 or my family member would not have the flight they needed to get. I received another confirmation e-mail saying my payment was once again $795.68 even though my credit card was charged $885.68. No explanation of this increase was explained to me. I have never had any issues like this before when purchasing airline tickets online and I do not understand why my card wasn't charged on 11/1/14 and the tickets weren't purchased that instant. A price was advertised by this company and this company did not follow through and I ended up paying almost a hundred dollars more with no written formal explanation. I will never purchase a ticket through this website again. This is bad businessDesired Settlement: I would like this company to refund me the difference of the original price that they originally offered and the amount that they actually charged me. Total of 90 dollars
