Book base

I bought a book from this website 'Thermodynamics an engineering approach' just minutes ago. Order number ***.
I never downloaded the book because I thought it is a physical copy. However, I just reviewed their refund policy and it says payment is non refundable if the buyer would think he/she bought an actual physical book.
Stating this proves that they face this situation very often and it's because the way their website presents the book seems like someone is buying an actual thing but not an online version. If someone does not use their online service then not refunding the money is a scam.
So I am claiming my refund.
Please note that I am a student and my course need a physical book for open book exam. I will be grateful if I get my money back so that I can buy an actual book.
