Bonsai Kennels

I paid $1000 for a full breeding right and AKC paperwork for a puppy that I adopted from Bonsai Kennels in June 2018; however, I didn’t receive the paperwork that was promised by the merchant. Last I heard from the merchant was in Dec 2018, stating that there was a delay but they promise that the paperwork will be sent to me soon. I attempted to contact them after that point on a multiple occasion via email and Instagram message; however, I received no response. I would like my money back at this point. I’m very disappointed in how this merchant handled the business.
