I am rejecting this response because:I got the same message from the business several days ago. I believe it is an automated response that triggers when it sees words like 'refund'. Because it's been several days and there has been no refund to my card.Also, I also wanted to see proof that the company really shipped the book, which based on reviews here I doubt, and they have not done that either. Just sent the auto response that also sent to you.

Review: I received a bill from Bonner General Hospital in February 2013. The bill was for $180 with no description except to say " 07/01/11 date of service: " I reached out to the billing department as this had to be in error as I had never been an inpatient at that time and to inquire as to why a bill was being run 15 months after the "date of service". The individual that I spoke with could not provide me with any additional information and informed me that they would send me a "detailed bill". The following month I received the same bill with no further detail. 4/16 I received a third bill stating "failure to contact us will result in your account being sent for review and placement with a collection agency" I called the billing representative and was told that I should "follow up with my postal service" if I didn't receive the detailed bill and again could or would not give me any additional information. For an organization which in my opinion has always been highly patient focused this multifaceted system breakdown is disappointing. I have called the business office 2 days in a row with no response. I would have no problem paying what I owe but when I am told that I must pay or they will send it to a collection agency without telling me what it is for just isn't right (especially given the delay in the bills being run). I am fortunate that I have enough hospital quality experience to question and continue to question, especially when there are pushy and rude billing representatives dealing with the patients who rely on their services.Desired Settlement: I have been waiting since the initial bill was issued for an explanation. That is all I want and if they submit my bill to collections before providing me the details I want them to have that removed and pay for any credit repair fees that may occur.

2011 through April 16, 2013. In 2011,

initial correspondence regarding the services provided were sent within a thirty

(30) days. Due to the customer moving,

we received multiple mail return and bad address notices for billing invoices/statements

through March 25, 2013. We will be glad

to provide the detailed account activity to the customer.

We

understand that there may have been confusion on this account due to the

complexity of the insurance payers involved.

We offer various payment options for the balance due. The itemized bill and statement will be

resent to the customer information indicated on the complaint document.
