In store purchase via in store computer on 7/2(afternoon). Called 7/3 @9am to report missing half pack of 1-style Ordered. Accused of lying/stealing
In store purchase via in store computer on 7/2(afternoon). The staff is very rude and unlike 2-3 years ago they now require you to order from the in store computers and the items are delivered from a upstairs warehouse at which time the employee brings the bag, tied in a knot and has you sign. While completing my order I noticed a item went from in stock to sold out. When I called to confirm my order placed I mentioned to the gentlemen who answered who advised it was now back in stock and to go back to order it and they will fill the order with my current order. The same evening 7/2 I discovered the item which was individually packaged (1-1-1) was not filled completely. I purchased a pack which should been 2 packs of the (1-1-1) item since it was packaged individually. I called 7/3 @9am to report missing half pack of 1-style ordered. Instead of owning the error the owner basically accused of lying/stealing and went as far as saying he'll pull the cameras at which I gladly stated please do, I'll wait. I reminded him not only have I shopped there for the past 3 years. In the previous 3 weeks I've shopped there every Thursday, spending $800-1K. The guy on the phone who was the same to advise me to place the order, left me old for 18-20 minutes and returned to say his system and inventory shows the I ordered 6. I explained that yes I did, but the order was fulfilled with only 3. The fact that it's not packaged correctly or as items normally are 2-2-2 was a clear indication of human error. I explained that he obviously didn't check inventory and the fact he quickly had me go to the computer to order it the half/1pk was all they had in stock to begin with. I further requested the other 3 missing items. Instead the guy said he'll send the refund and make sure I never shop there again???? I said instead of owning their mistake he insults me and blocks me from conducting business. It is my belief this is what they do. Cater to the same 5 boutiques who shop the same inventory as one a other and treat the in store shoppers with no respect. There is no way you issue a refund over owning the error and fulfilling the order. Especially when I have never had not one issue with returns/exchanges etc. EVER in this store or any other for that matter.

Desired Outcome

Business should be handled as business. There is no reason staff does not count the items upon delivering them with a knotted up bag. It is also there responsibility to fulfill orders correctly wether local or not. What if the items were shipped??? Human error exist and in this instant they refuse to own their mistake. I should not be inconvenienced due to their lack of negligence.

The business advised the Revdex.com staff that they do not want to respond to the case.

My order called for 6 dresses 2 smalls, 2 mediums, and 2 larges. Instead I received 1 small, 2 mediums, and 1 large.
Good morning,

On May 19, 2019 I placed an order for item number GTXXXXXX- Pleated Floral Neckline Maxi Dress- WHITE. The item description called for 2-2-2 (S-M-L) for a total of 6 pieces. Upon receiving and inspecting merchandise, the pack only include 1-2-1 (S-M-L) for a total of 4 pieces. I was charged $90.00 for 6 pieces and only received 4 pieces. If this order, in its entirety (6 pcs.), could not be honored, my ordered should have cancelled; however, it was not and you received all monies for this transaction. Please send me the missing pcs (1 Small and 1 Large) or kindly refund me that portion of my money. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking the company ship me the missing items or reimburse me for products not shipped.

This company has refunded me my money.

I ordered an item in the amount of $178.50 for a swim set which has three pieces. They sent only two items without top. I cannot sell the set without top. I sent several emails, made several phone calls, and messaged them on Facebook. They finally respond rudely to my negative review because I figured that should get their attention, which it did. They rudely responded and told me they informed me that I could not get a refund, which was not true. I had no response from them, so they lied. I then filed a claim against them through PayPal, which prompted them to cancel my account out of spite. Also, after I left a negative review, they deleted the reviews tab on their Facebook page because there were so many negative reviews against them. Very unprofessional company.
