Response of July from Bone-Dry: I have attached the contract and work card that Ms [redacted] signed After speaking with our attorney on the matter he said the deposit did not have to be returned to her She did not cancel within the day recession period and even if she did, she signed the Emergency Standby Request, therefore waiving that recession period Her complaint has no validity and she is basically using the Revdex.com against us ***(The owner) is pretty concerned about her complaints and reviews being posted Again, she has no right to her deposit back as she signed a legal binding contract AND the Emergency Standby Request Response of 7/9/from Bone-Dry: I spoke to (the owner) regarding this issue He said he would feel comfortable returning the deposit only if Ms [redacted] agrees to completely remove all complaints/reviews from the Revdex.com Again, she is technically not entitled to a refund per our attorney and we feel that if she is getting her deposit returned she should also remove the negative comments Please let me know if this is acceptable
