This is in reference to Id #*** This customer ordered a Pre Order item, and it was clearly stated on the item description that it takes 4-6 weeks to recieve items. She did order over the Holidays, as she placed her order on December 12, 2019, the delay was a bit longer. Per my policy, I do not send out individual emails regarding backorder times, I post them in our community group where everyone has access. As of February 26, 2020, all items have been delivered to customer and receipt emails have been delivered to her as well.

As of February 26, 2020, all items have been shipped to customer and tracking emails have been provided. She has yet to confirm with anyone whom she filed a complaint any updates that she has received the items.am a small boutique, and In order to provide my customers on trend fashion, I have to preorder items and I sometimes get put on the backorder list over larger boutique orders. My customers always receive their orders, and because of the wait I offer incentives for their patience.
