I originally had an issue with a product. I contacted the business and was asked to email my ordering information. I did. I didn't hear back that day, so I tried to call again the next day. I was met with a busy signal the ENTIRE DAY! Knowing there are some health concerns in the world, I said "maybe they are busy" and gave it a week. I tried to call back again and again the next week and was met with a continuous ringing which then led to my call being dropped. This is still an issue to this day. I haven't received an email in response, nor a phone call saying even so much as they couldn't help me. My product is within their warranty time frame and I just want some sort of resolution with this. Again, I am aware of the health concerns all over the world and would appreciate any assistance with this.
