We were set to deliver on Friday 8/and had an unloading crew hired for that dayWe do rely on our agents when we set up our labor, and unfortunately the crew did not show upWe did set up for a different crew for the following day, Saturday 8/and informed the driver and the customerWe told
the driver to do what he could do on his own for Friday 8/and that the crew would work with him to flnish on Saturday 8/26.The customer decided he did not want to wait until Saturday and informed our driver that he would arrange for a few of his friends to help unload, so we agreed to compensate the helpers/customer directly, which we did do.Sincerely,Glenn ***Operations Manager
