April 25, 2020 placed an order. Customer service will not answer and order not received.
*** vest waist trainer ordered April 25, 2020. Was supposed to receive within 4-5 business days. I gave 4 weeks due to Covid. Called and was told another 3 weeks. We are now at ten weeks and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or reply to any message sent on the website [email protected]. I paid $59.95 for the product that I would love to receive, but noway to get in contact. I've messaged the company through Facebook messenger at My Body Maxx and nothing. I'm just trying to either get the product or my money back that's all. At this point the company isn't living up to sending out the products, but is taking money. I'm confused. Please help.

I ordered $100+ worth of stuff from their website early May 2020 & it still hasn't shipped & employee on the phone keeps giving me the run around.
May 6, 2020 I bought 3 items totaling $103.90 and it is not July 13, 2020 & I STILL have not received my package. I called a total of 2 times (not sure of exact dates) but the same employee answered the phone each time. First call he stated my order was back ordered and it would take another 2 weeks to ship. More than 2 weeks pass & my items still haven't shipped. I call back because it still hasn't shipped so I request a refund. The employee then tells me there's no refunds. Seriously? Over 2 months and I can't receive a refund? I request that I speak to a manager and he asked if he could call me back and I never got a call back, nor an email. At this point I want nothing to do with this company and I want my money back!!!
