product, which I then gave to him to read. His friend suggested him to purchase the product that he was holding in his hands.[redacted] then purchased the item and signed the credit card receipt. He is not a minor, otherwise we would not let him sign. He was well aware of what he was buying after he read the bottle. After signing the receipt, he & his friend left the store.A few days later [redacted] came back wanting to return the product because he mentioned that his father did not want him taking any products that he didn't know about. I told [redacted] we can only take unopened products back for store credit but he did not want to commit to that. A few seconds later his father came into the store wanting to return the product that [redacted] had purchased. In our store, all sales are final (which we have posted on our wall), and if he wanted to return any unopened products, we would exchange them for store credit. He did not want to exchange the product for store credit; only wanted his money back. The father then started making threats to the store saying he will shut down our business because he didn't want to exchange the product for store credits. He began to yell as he left the store. It wasn't [redacted] who was creating a problem, it was the father. The father found out what he purchased so it caused apprehension in [redacted].Our products that we sell here are completely legal and legitimate. My family, friends, local police officers of nutley, and other town police officers had came & made purchases in this store many times. The business itself has been around for 10 years and we have never dealt with a situation like this. We provide our customers with excellent customer services as well as genuine products. If anything, our store has received nothing but positive feedbacks.
