Good evening this is my second review I see that my first review was removed from body complete rx. I have reached out to this company via email and no one has responded in regards to the status of my order. I made a $200.00 purchase if think you are going to take money and not send me my product I will take legal action. I will be reporting this company too the Revdex.com.

*** did place an order (***) with us on 04/20/2020. We have had our COVID-19 statement on our website since 04/17/2020 advising our customers that due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delayed processing times of 7-10 business days. This is also stated in our confirmation email.
*** did reach out to our customer service team multiple times. Please see attached email correspondence.
We do anticipate that her order will be processed within the 7-10 business days (as it has only been 7 business days since she placed her order) and we will then ship her order out according to the shipping option that she selected at checkout.

I don't agree with the response because if you're telling me that it takes 7 to 10 business days Wednesday May seven days why have I not received a tracking number indicating that my order has been shipped or any email saying that my order has been shipped. Like I indicated to body complete RX if my items are not received by the end of next week I will be filing a complaint with My Bae to retrieve my $207 that I paid to get the item. This does not make any sense that people are using covid-19 as an excuse to take advantage of people I work for the government I will be reaching out to the government about this company as well and the state have a good day thank you

We have had an unexpected delay in our processing that will extend past the original 7-10 Business Day delay that we originally were anticipating. We have notified the customer of this (email 4). Per her original request, we have cancelled her order and refunded her (email 5). Please see the refund details attached.

I love these products! Customer Service has been fantastic at answering my questions. The products have always shipped in a timely manner and arrived in perfect condition.
