I am having surgery on January 25, 2021 and I decided to go with Ms. services on May 30, 2020. I texted her and let her know that I was interested and asked what was the cost and also deposit amount. She let me know it would be $400 deposit and $1500 for the total cost. She then let me know I could send the money to her cash app $bodybymaggie. I was very leary and asked her would she send a contract after sending the deposit for me to sign and confirm. She responded yes that the contract would be sent later the afternoon of May 30th. That afternoon came and went I received nothing. I texted her at 8pm letting her know that I still had not received the contract. She read that text message but never responded. The next morning I reached out to her again about not receiving the contract and still nothing. No answer. June 1st I then reached out to her and DM her on insta and she claimed she didn't have no access to a phone and for me to send over my information she requested so she can then send my contract for my signature and she never did. As of Thursday, June 4th, which was 5 days later I asked her where was the contract. She responded that she sent it and she would send it over again. I have not received anything any email.
