for your pre paid crowdcut vouchers. We have a no refund policy on Purchased massage services here at our clinic. Your vouchers were purchased through a third party vendor almost a year ago. Since your second attempt at scheduling a massage appointment and it having to be rescheduled we have had an abundance of availability for rescheduling your massage appointments via our online scheduling system. You are allowed to give vouchers to someone else for redemption or re sell to another individual and your now expired voucher will be honored. sorry for any inconvenience you have been cause. we would love to get you scheduled for a relaxing massage session as soon as possible. I have an email from you dated June 24th, 2015 at 6:25PM that states "You should receive your refund within 60 days and will be notified once it had been processed. Thank you for your patience". Saying now that you have a no refund policy is unacceptable when I was already promised the refund.
Also, the scheduling difficulties had zero to do with my availability, but were due to the fact that we scheduled appointments on one date/time and you confirmed them within a week of the appointment for a completely different date and/or time. The scheduling errors were on your end, not on my end.
I expect that you will follow through with your word from June 24th and process the refund I was promised in the amount of $70.00. Images of the email and email details are attached.
