I bought an expensive dining room table that was manufactured by the company with a lifetime service and warranties. A part has been broken & tried getting the part from the company. Contacted Oscar R and Sandra R numerous times. They promised parts from their internal vendors and never delivered, nor responded in a timely manner. I have been begging to get the part since June 2018. Please help for resolution.
