I bought a tub for my mom about a month ago. I met with a few other companies before making a decision and had two companies come to moms house. They did spend a lot of time with her but they were pushy asking for deposits before they left or asking us to fill out a bunch of paperwork. We were going to buy a tub but we were going to do it when we were ready. When I got the folks at boca on the phone they did not push for a meeting at the house. They were upfront about everything cost, features, and installation, and we did it all by phone. Since we were a little over an hour from them they invited us to see the factory and actually sit in tubs to make sure mom got what she wanted. The quality of the tubs was so different from what we had already seen. They were so solid, not hollow sounding like some others we were able to look at. That night we decided to go with boca and ordered the following day. They custom made the tub and in about two weeks it was installed. Even though they had to do some minor renovation the cost never went over the flat rate that was quoted and the workmanship was outstanding. We highly recommend going with boca if you need a walk in tub. They were fantastic through the whole process and the tub looks and works beautifully. Thanks so much anna and everybody at boca!
