Bob's Plumbing

Bob's Plumbing did the plumbing in my new home. Less than a year later there was a problem and I called to find out if he was responsible for the problem. I called three times and never got a call back. I then called the home manufacturer and found out that it was their responsibility. All I needed was for Bob's Plumbing to call me and tell me that it wasn't their responsibility. The pump in my septic system that was only about a year old failed almost a week ago. I have called and left two voice mails with no callback. I also called several more times and can only get voice mail. Obviously the pump should be under warranty or I would call another plumber that wouldn't ignore me. Due to time issues involved with my septic filling up, I may have to pay another plumber to fix a failed pump that should be under warranty because I simply can't wait to receive a callback.
