Lied to about service that wasn’t complicated charged for same and non responsive after several calls.
We turned in our leased vehicle when took on a new lease. They never properly grounded the vehicle, told us that they were going to sell the turned in car, and then promptly "lost" it. It sat on their lot for 2 months before it was towed by the original lease company.
We are now being charged for their mistake---or gross negligence.
We, in good faith, believed that they were going to turn in the vehicle.
fair and honest up front dealings. kept their word on all aspects of trade in and purchase.
On june 29th I signed paperwork to cancel my gap insurance. My request was not processed until july 9th. I was told that I would have a check in a few weeks. I called multiple times in the month of july and beginning of august to find out the status of my request and was told someone will call you back. No one ever called me back, I was finally able to get ahold of someone towards the end of august and I was told on your check was mailed to the loan company on august 16th. It's now September 17th and I have not received a check. I called the loan company and was told that a check was never issued to them, so I called the dealership to find out what the issue is and was told that the check was cashed by the bank. This process has now taken over 2 months and it should not of taken this long. Basically the dealership dropped the ball and did not file my claim when they said it was going to be done, no one will take responsibility for this issue. When I tried to talk to someone before about it I was told this is how it is and there was no one in charge that I could speak to about this matter. I just want my money so I can be done with this dealership. I have had nothing but problems with them since day 1.
I put a $1,000 deposit on a vehicle & the next day they said they were not able to get that vehicle, and to come in for my deposit, which was not ready & that it would be a 3-4 day wait, still do not have it, 7 days & I am still waiting. Talked with my bank and it cleared 6 days ago. Bobbs said I have to prove to them that it cleared their bank. Not happy. I put a deposit on another vehicle at a different dealership and am still waiting on my deposit from Bobbs. How do I get them to refund my $1,000 deposit back?
Hi, I filed a complaint against a local car dealership and after over a week later finally did receive the refund due to me. I wanted to notify you that this issue has been resolved.
Thank you,

The Bobb Auto Group sold me a used Jeep Patriot in 11/18 with a check engine light on, they gave me a warranty stating they would complete the repair and return the vehicle to me. I've been given 3 different loaners since then and I regularly request updates and information on the repair, to which I've been told they don't know what the issue is, that they've changed service managers several times recently, and each one always says he does not have enough info to provide an update. I tried to go to Bobb's and see if my down payment can be moved to another vehicle, I was told no. It has been 7+ months and the temporary plates have expired, new plates cannot be purchased without emissions testing, which of course is impossible with a check engine light on. The last update I received was after multiple calls, the newest service manager Nick Youngblood states that my vehicle is no longer at the service department of the dealership, but at the home of a service technician he knows. After all this I would just like my money back to go to another dealership and get a different vehicle, as I no longer trust Bobb's after being kept in the dark and strung along for the past 7 months. I've been told buying your 1st vehicle is supposed to be a joyous occasion, but this has been nothing but frustration and aggravation.
