I got called out to her house on Labor DayShe told me at the time on the phone that they were having cooling problems, indicating it was probably FreonShe said she thought this because we've needed this in the pastI told her our rates
were more expensive because it is a holiday and they said okay, and instructed me to come outI came out and they had the system turned off which I instructed them to doI told them to turn it back on and I would install my Freon gages and install the FreonI told them it was anywhere from 2-lbs lowIt ended up being right around lbs and that wasn't a problem with themThey said they were hoping to get through the season on just the Freon chargeI gave them my bill and they said they'd call me back in the spring for pricing on a new systemAt the time, they said nothing about me not taking credit cardsThey paid by check: overtime fee and Freon charge9/was the last I heardThey called again on 9/and I didn't take the callWe sent a different guy there that timeI instructed him what I did and told them if that's the issue again, they would most likely need new equipmentThey said there was no sense in putting anymore Freon in because it barely lasted last timeI instructed him to not put anymore Freon in, because it would be wasting it and could be a health hazardThey were not happy with this responseAfter this, they called a different employee here, who will call the Revdex.com with what they discussed
