I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am unsatisfied with this resolution for a few reasonsThey are leaving vital information outThere where two phone calls between me and the distributor, the first one resulted in no resolutionI called back a second time a little while later hoping to resolve the problem and in doing so the representative stated "we will be refunding the purchase," I was then asked for the order number, and while taking a moment to look it back up, the representative decided to break their promise, and say we are just going to let you "Deal With" paypal claims.Paypal claims was not the best resolution, the original promise of a refund was the best option.The response from the distributor also lacks sincerity, but instead appears to be a bit insultingI will not accept such a response Regards, [redacted]
We thought it was best practice for this customer to go through the PayPal complaint process after further discussing the situation with himWe explained that it was too late to cancel the order as it was already packaged up and on pallets awaiting pickup by *** It was silly to dig through a
myriad of boxes to try and find his order so we told him to enjoy the Pepsi Clear sodas "on the house" and once we received the PayPal complaint that we would issue the refund
