I am rejecting this response because:  I was told that the part needed to be ordered due to being under warranty and that they would receive it on that Friday.  When my husband called to find out the status of the part and was told that it never...

was delivered and that it would be Monday before the part would come in, then my husband took it upon himself to see if it could be picked up.  Since that was an option and Bob Chambers refused to pick it up my husband went to pick the part up so that we would not have to rent a hotel room for the next 3 days with animals.  I feel as if the least that they could do is to write this bill off seeing that my husband spent his own time, money, tolls and mileage to get the part.  And most of all Bob Chambers was paid $100.00 the day before and it took me calling back the next day to have someone tell us that there was indeed a problem.  I would like this bill written off.  Thank you.
