This storage facility refuses to allow me to remove my property incrementally even though the account is current and in good standing. They are citing unjustified concerns that the remainder of property not initially removed during the first mobilization will not be subsequently removed. Nothing in the leasing contract prohibits removal of the property incrementally. The owner of the facility demands that the property be removed in a single mobilization placing undue burden on myself to find suitable logistics equipment to manage.

It is my position that the stored property must be removed in multiple mobilizations due to equipment limitations without unjustified burden placed upon property owner.
