Boat Names Direct

Review: I placed an order to Boat Names Direct on Saturday, 09 May 2015 and my debit card was charged $68.92 on Monday, 11 May 2015. The company's website says their turnaround time to receive product is 7-10 days. I have never received the product and the company will never answer their phone. There is no phone number provided on their website but my bank gave me the phone number associated with the billing transaction. The website shows a Huntington Beach CA address but the phone number area code is coastal Virginia. I left a message on the business answering machine and have never received a response. I have emailed the business on several occasions and immediately received an auto reply that someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one has ever contacted me. My bank is working to obtain a refund from the merchant but I am concerned this business may be a scam operation that is defrauding consumers.Desired Settlement: At the very least I would like a credit of $68.92 but would consider withdrawing the complaint if the product is received as ordered. I am a retired federal agent (Air Force OSI) and may pursue additional measures if the merchant is uncooperative, to include filing consumer complaints with the Office of the Attorney General of California and the Federal Trade Commission.
