Review: Bought a brand new boat on July 18, Notified them on July 19, that the motor wasn't running correctly cause it took over minutes for the boat to plan outJuly 20, returned the boat for the motor issues and several other issuesDrove down on July 23rd to see if our repairs had been done since no one was giving a straight answer over the phoneThey hadn't even messed with the motorPicked the boat back up on 07/24/with a trash can missing under the seatCalled the dealership back on 07/25/while on the lake and told them the motor still wasn't right and send someone outGot the response that they have done the best they can doSo we contacted Carvelle by email and later that afternoon got a call from the general manager, AllenHe told us to bring the boat back and he would make us happyBoat went back on Sunday, July 26th, and was promised that they would work on the boat and that we were priorityWell, as of today, our boat still hasn't been worked uponTired of the broken promisesWe spent our hard earned money on a boat that should run like Carvelle intended it!!!! At this point in time, our year old boat would run circles around this brand new boat!Desired Settlement: Fix the motor so it runs like intendedBoat is rated for 10+ people! Boat will only run with adults and one child on the boat! Stop lying to us! Honesty is the best policy! Also, replace the trash can you lost during clean up!
