Billed for an item I have not received. I called and wanted to settle by them sending siad item or taking it off my bill. They insisted that the item was sent and it could not have been sent with the other item because they come as a package deal. I told them that when I ordered the item, I told the salesperson that I did not need the item in question and when I received the package, it was not included. When I called, the woman who answered was quite irritated that I complained and said it did not happen and I even double checked when she waited on the line. She said the manager would call and will discuss it. That never happened. I received the bill with the disputed item still there and I sent a letter to them saying how I would like to resolve the problem as discussed on the phone. I received no response and today I have been sent a past due bill for item I did not receive with no explanation or response to my previous letter. It is only $25.00, and I can afford to pay it, but that is wrong that are trying to rip me off. I have always had good service from them and this surprises me how they are treating me. Now I take the step to report them to you.
