Review: I ordered 6 10x5 containers of [redacted] Sweets Cherry Tipped Cigarillos. The website phone along with the packaging of the items I received all say Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I received the 6 I ordered, however, the advertisement on their website as the photo of the product hasn't been honored.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive 6 10x5 packs of [redacted] Sweets Cherry Tipped Cigarillos that would complete my order.

23, 2014Dear [redacted]:This letter is in regards to a recent complaint with the

assigned ID of [redacted]. The products [redacted] mentioned were photographed

incorrectly. The “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” packaging is built into the pricing. They

were originally sold in a 20x5 packaging that were priced much higher. The

photo has not been updated yet. We have taken the product off the website until

the photo can be retaken.Our customer service team has already contacted the customer

and offered 10% off the next order due to the confusion. If you have any other

I am rejecting this response because:They admitted that they made a mistake in posting the offer. They should honor the offer. I understand that they have taken down the photo that had the offer in it, however, 10% is not reimbursing me for what I already expected to receive. I would be happy with them either honoring the offer and sending me the packs I was supposed to get free as in I paid for 6 and the offer clearly said buy 1 get 1 free so I would expect to receive 6 additional packs or I would like half my money back that paid. It only seems fair since they made the mistake. Offering 10% off my next order for them basically lying and false advertisement is a crime I believe.

Review: On 20DEC12 I placed order number 247181 with above mentioned company for three items, and paid for standard shipping at a cost of $14.95. About one week later I was notified that two of my items were backordered. By the end of January, I still had not received my items and called BnB to find out why. I was told that one of the items were still on back order and that I had the option to select another. I did so, and was told that I could upgrade the shipping option to express for five dollars more to ensure deliver of the items before their intended recipient left for deployment. I accepted this additional charge and was assured that the items would arrive within the next week (I never received a new invoice stating these changes, but my card was charged accordingly). Two days later I received a phone call saying that there was a mistake and the items were shipped standard instead of express. They refused to refund the extra $5 and instead offered me 15% off my next order. Two weeks later I received two of the three items with a new, ambiguous invoice that had only two of the three items on it and no pricing information. Also on the package was a shipping label that stated BnB paid $5.47 for shipping, which outraged me because they had charged me $20. I called the company and they told that they have record of me ordering the third item, but that they removed it from the order (without telling me).Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like to have the shipping charges refunded and receive the third item (Cornell & Diehl Black Cherry Premium Pipe Tobacco 2oz Tin) without further charge.
