On 10/10/16 I buy 16 Doors and 19 windows from them, three doors should be exterior and the rest should be interior. 5 Doors should open to the right and 8 to the left, and three open to both sides!
I pay $4005.00 for the doors and they deliver the wrong doors to us, all the doors are exterior doors and 13 open to the right.
I talked to the manager a month after receiving the doors, He told me to wait to see what He can do, He never call me. I call Him back after waiting two more months and He said that He can do anything to help us! I did not know about Revdex.com until now! Thank you for the help that you can provide in this matter!

P.D I provide them our blue prints for the doors I also personally talk to the employee who make the order. I do not understand how He make a huge mistake! after He makes notes on the kind of doors that we need!

Customer did go over the plans with our associate, but he was specifying different doors than the plan did. Our associate verified what he was wanting and printed the quote out for review by the customer. The customer then returned some days later with the order signed off on, and paid for the doors on the order so that we could place the order. Mr. C or his representative signed off on the material and was walked through our process completely. We have agreed that there could have been a misunderstanding due to a language barrier, but we have also offered to help pay for the labor to correct the doors, which we have never heard a thing about. We pride ourselves on service and have tried several times to discuss the matter, but we have been met with hostility.

I told the sales person that we like to get a better doors than the ones on the blue print. And we agreed on the materials for the doors that he quoted me. That is the only thing different. We went over the quantity of exterior and interior doors that we needed also the blue print shows whish side each door should open, he make a note of that and requested a copy of the blue print to avoid any misstake in the order. What do I get? All doors open the same way and all doors are exterior doors. Why? When I went bank to let them know about the big misstake that they have made, they told me that we signed off the order and there was nothing that they can do. Our tressurer was the one who signed off the oder when she pay for the doors and windows. She had no clue about what that technical therms means. We make an honest misstake trusting the sales man skills to follow the blue prints. I requested to speak to the manager who told me that they can help me paying some money to make the exterior doors unto interior doors. When I ask him how much money they come up with. He said go get an estimate. When I come back with the $750.00 dollars needed to do the repairs. They told me no!
Now they are laying on this also. There was no lenguage barrier to take my money, but now there is one, they do not understand that they need to fix their errors! Who ever said that they never heard from me on this matter is laying I called them several times. Their employees who answer my phone calls can tell. They never call me or write me to discuss the matter. They do not know what pride and service are, also they ignore what hostility is becuse they call hostility when a customer show them respect, patience to tolerate delay, trouble without getting angry. I have been very nice to them, but I question my self, what they do if I treated them the same way? Now quit playing games and change your horrible pride and service that you are braggin about. Show all your customers that you really care about this matter and fix the fricking doors!
