*** ***Once again *** mays is a scam I have purchase dfrom her several times in the past and yes I have received my itmes however this time I did not, I told paypal that as weei have photos for supporting documents in my dispute case against her right now! my case is still pending again ***s exact words were " make sure you select friends/family so it wont charge either of us a fee" I thought coming from a seller that statement sounded odd so I contacted paypal and asked them what should I have done before I purchased, paypal stated that I need to disreguard her suggestion and choose products and services instead to make sure my items were insured and thats why my order was a day late, but I wroye *** again that same night and told her she had my hair lenghts wrong in the system and she told me she would fix the invoice and resend it she never did so as far as me making the transaction late she did as well by not updating it on time! so I ended up paying anyway I choosed goods and services link and she lied and gave me all kind of excuses like I said when did it snow in milwaukee last week????? i'll wait!! I have all of our messages she lied about the weather to buy some more time and as far as paypal denying my claim it only got denied because their are steps they have to follow until the completly close the case and it definitly wasnt from me providing infoanother lie she telling smh it was denied because under the shipping she gave me nothin was ever mailed out, but under the shipping she gave paypal on the 24th of november she ran and bought a wig cap threw it in the mail so she would have a shipping number to give to paypal lol and that item came to my house and that item wasnt hair boo it was a wig cap I have the proof honey give it up you are caught and paypal issued an appeal on my case so the case isnt closed yet TELL THE COMPLETE TRUTH

different option from what I told her to choose, which caused PayPal to take a fee, and her payment to be short of what was owedAlso, the day that she asked if the hair was in stock, I sent her an invoice to pay (she didn't pay it until days later; the hair was out of stock by then)I had already printed out and paid for a USPS shipping label, but after not receiving payment for a few days, the label was never used and therefore I canceled it.
After receiving her payment and re-ordering her items (which she was aware of because I informed her of this after she inquired about her order), I had to wait to receive the items before shipping them to herOnce I received the items, I shipped them out along with a free hair wig cap for the inconvenienceBy this time, Martina had already filed a dispute with PayPal which she lost because she lied and told them that she never received anythingI still have the tracking information as proof that her items were received
Now she is making claims that she never received anything and calling my business a "scam." Apparently, she attempted to order hair from us and receive a refund by lyingOnce she realized that her method didn't work, she decided to file a claim with the Revdex.com against my businessWe have never had any issues like this with a customer before, as you can see our Revdex.com rating is an "A." There are dishonest people out there who think they can get over on a business by trying to bring down it's reputation and stealingAll of our customers are treated with the utmost respect, provided with free gifts with every order, and fast/free shipping for items that are in stock at the time of their order
