Bluestone Properties

For the second, our apartment is floodedThe manage takes days to dry out the apt.,once they finally get someone outThey provide no place for the resident to stay,no compensationThe apartment still smells from last years floodingThe owners provide no way to contact themHorrible place.The resident is handicapped , and has breathing problems

Attached is the lease; the relevant part is clause #48. If it states that they can release us at their discretion but they tell us Lake Castleton (and Bluestone...

Properties) do not have the authority to do so, it is a breach of contract.
 
I would like to add that I have asked the property manager on multiple occasions to speak with a representative from Bluestone Properties; they have refused stating that Bluestone does not speak directly with tenants.
 
I imagine that Bluestone would like to know that their reputation is being tarnished by Lake Castleton. Lake Castleton may not be acting outside the constraints of the law but their current practice is unprofessional and unethical. I cannot imagine that anyone leaves Lake Castleton feeling positive.

Bluestone recently purchased the apartment complex where I live in Louisville, KY. There is NO way to contact them on their website (email form, limited characters, no phone number, etc). They will not fix anything, but have zero problem charging residents more for less service. The local staff at the apartment complex is overwhelmed with complaints. I live above the model apartment and if I see thinking about moving here by viewing the model, I will tell them personally to RUN! Horrible and embarrassing place to live.
