I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Blue Print Auto Group on 9/27/19 for my son who is in school in LA. I am in MN and made this purchase long distance. Less that 30 days later (on 10/26/19), my son pulled off on the highway because of mechanical issues on his vehicle -the right rear tire was about to fall Off the car! Upon inspection by a repair shop, it was made clear that the entire hub assembly and wheel/tire was broken/damaged. The wrong sized rims/wheels were on this vehicle -much too large for this vehicle and not properly mounted. The fix was an entire new hub assembly for the right rear , as well as 4 new rims/tires for the vehicle. I reached out to the dealer for help, as we just purchased the vehicle, and he never responded directly to me, I involved the car buying service I utilized and they got in touch with him, but his response was, "she bought it as is" so he was not willing to help. Not even even partial compensation in good faith. I would NOT recommend that anyone considering doing business with BluePrint Auto Group or owner ***.
is there a choice to choose all above... I have several times gotten in contact with this company about receiving my registration and license plate (which expired July 26th) and I got the car in the end of April and beginning of may. Every time I call they either ignore me or give me some fake excuse on why is wasn't sent of it was "lost" I called a few weeks before my temporary license plate expired to try and find out when I will be receiving it, and of course I was told they were sorry and they were gonna send it right away.... That was 2 months ago. AGAIN I called a coupe weeks ago asking AGAIN about my registration and license plate and if I van have them already and then they said they would call me back... they didn't. Instead they sent me a registration for a car I don't own and have never owned. AND when purchasing the car I also signed for a warranty which was covered for 40k miles, SO I had a problem with the car and had to pay $500 out of pocket to fix because they ignored all of my texts and calls when I tried to get into contact with them for information about my warranty.
1. On July 15, 2018 my brother Jeff Andres and I purchased a
vehicle Nissan Altima including a two (2) year warranty thru a
dealer Mr *** with Blueprint Auto Group. While the
sales contract was being processed we informed Mr *** that
the purpose for the vehicle was to drive for Uber.
2. On October 1.2018 while driving one of the warning light ( tire
sensors) stayed lighted on the display panel.
3. On around October 2/4, 2018 I got a hold of Mr *** , I
informed him of the problem. His response was that the warranty
on the vehicle was it doesn't cover any electrical parts and the b
warranty only covers mechanical with that information I asked
Mr *** to please email /send me the copies information on
the company that handles the warranty. Per his request I text
messages him all our information as well as the VIN of the
vehicle.
4. On October 5, 2018 Mr *** texted asking for all our
information and again the VIN on which I re-send all that he
requested.
5. October 10, 2018 I text messages Mr *** requesting
information on the company that handles the warranty as I can't
get a hold of Mr *** thru phone calls as his voicemail is full.
6. From October 11 thru November 10, 2018 through numerous
calls and on one (1) or two (2) occasions on which I was able to
leave messages on his voicemail on which I again pleaded him to
please send me information on the company that handles the
warranty.
7. November 11, 2018. I called Mr *** and I was so relieved that
I got thru to his voicemail on which I left him a message again
requesting the information of the company that handles the
warranty. I told him that the vehicle is now making a grinding
noise when you press on the gas pedal after a full stop or just
driving uphill.
8. On November 12, 2018 I finally had a chance to speak with Mr
***. Throughout out our conversation I reminded him b
that I really need to have the information on the company that
handles the warranty as I needed to fix the vehicle and that I just
lost the opportunity to earn extra money ($255.00) with Uber as I
had to stop because of the grinding noise and that I don't want to
drive while I have a passenger in the car. Mr *** again
requested for the VIN of the vehicle. I fully cooperated and give
him all our information. I pointed out to him as to why he kept on
asking all our information when he should of have it in his files
also I reminded him the important of getting the vehicle repaired
as I do drive for Uber. At that I also again text messages him all
the information he requested.
9. Between November 19 - December 3, 2018
1. Numerous phone calls to Mr *** unable to leave voicemail
messages as his voicemail as it's full.
2. On one or two occasions I had the privilege of speaking with
Mr *** on which he Informed me that he's going to find
mee another company for the warranty on which I have to go
to his office and sign a new contract as he made a mistake (
he didn't process the paperwork) I reminded him that I'm here
in San Francisco and that I will not be able to go to his office
and that for him to mail the documents and we'll sign. He at
that point said he'll send the paperwork to sign. At that I've
reminded him that I will sign the new contract agreement and
dated when we purchased the vehicle and that I wasn't going
to date any paperworks after I've already told him that the
vehicle need to get repaired. At that he said that I wasn't being
cooperative when he's already helping me get a warranty for the
vehicle.again I reminded him about the car in need of a repair
and that lost wages as I do drive for Uber.
10. On December 6, 2018 Mr *** text messages
informing me that he have the contract and all he needed is our
signatures so that the contract will be valid. I in turn text
message telling him that we have been waiting for that
documents since we last spoke.
11. December 10, 2018 Mr *** (shocked) answers my
call he informed me the name of the company ( Alpha Warranty b
Service, telephone number 1-800- *** ) that will handle the
warranty. He pointed out that the warranty was on effect as of
November 19, 2018 and if I want the vehicle to be repaired is that
to let them know that the vehicle started giving me problem a day
after the said contract. At that I again reminded Mr *** that
the vehicle was in need of a repair prior to the 19th of November
at that he said " if I needed the car to be repaired then I need to
tell them that the vehicle just started giving me problem". With
thatt said I said "you're going to make me a liar because of the
mistake you made". I pointed out that if had done his job in an
appropriatee manners I wouldn't be dealing with him instead I
would of have been dealing with the company that handles the b
warranty.I again reminded him about lost wages as I drive for
Uber who is going to compensate. Also if the warranty was only in
effectt as of November 19, 2018 why wasn't we informed.
13. December 10-13,2018. I text messages Mr *** content of our
conversation.
14. Been text messaging Mr *** but he hasn't responded to
any also tried reaching him but as always cannot leave voicemail
messages.
I have proof stating on the contract that *** printed on buyers guide systems covered: Dealer promising to mail out key when received from seller. Also still have not received tittle or plates? It’s been 60 days and now he’s saying sorry they don’t make the keys l. He’s lying I called Toyota and they said that they do. He doesn’t want to pay $300.00 for a set of keys he promised. He’s avoiding my calls all going to voicemail and also I just read their rating they are nothing but scammers and he can’t give me a date when the plates were mailed.
